Subject: City suit against referendum question

Dear Mayor and Warren City Council:

May I know who made the motion, who seconded it and which 5 Councilmembers
voted in favor of the suit against the referendum for the Nov. ballot?

I oppose the City of Warren bringing suit (using our tax dollars) against the referendum question proposed by the Westside Alliance group of which I am a member.

I feel the referendum process should go through the proper channels
via the ballot in November.
