This week on Democracy Matters - the story of Tim DeChristopher who was recently sentenced to prison for bidding on federal land in an effort to protect it from oil and gas drilling, and the role of civil disobedience on driving fundamental change. And we bring you Part II of our interview with Pittsburgh City Councilman Doug Shields on the city's Community Bill of Rights which bans natural gas drilling and secures rights of people, the community, and nature.
